Individual Dialectical Behavior  Therapy. 

 

I offer DBT individual sessions to all participants in DBT skills groups. Should you not be able to join a DBT Skills group, the skills are woven into our individual sessions. I am intensively trained in DBT to treat adults, parents, teens and children. Individual DBT therapy focuses on integrating the skills learned in group in your daily life, while focusing on achieving goals. You'll learn skills, and discover effective ways of taking action, communicating, managing pain, connecting with yourself and others as well as healing past wounds.
