Online IFS Therapy
Adults & Young Adults

IFS is effective for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and more. It’s especially helpful for people who feel stuck in repetitive patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from their sense of self. It’s also deeply transformative for those seeking personal growth and a deeper understanding of their inner world.

How Does It Help?
Instead of fighting or suppressing inner conflicts, IFS allows you to listen to and heal the parts of yourself that are burdened by pain, fear, or shame. This creates more internal harmony, emotional resilience, and lasting change. Clients learn to lead their lives from Self, not from wounded or reactive parts.

Why Work With Me?
As a Level 2 trained IFS clinician, I’ve undergone extensive training to help clients safely and effectively navigate their internal systems. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and deeply respectful of your pace and unique experience. I create a safe space where all parts are welcome, and lasting transformation can unfold—not through force or fixing, but through healing from within.

"Thank you for being so compassionate and non-judgmental. I had never heard of IFS and your patience with me helped me develop my sense of self so that I can grow and heal, to an extent I did not know was even possible. I have discovered my voice and am not carrying around so much fear. I love learning about parts work and seeing how I don't have to be perfect to be worthy of love and kindness."

What is IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems Explained

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a powerful, evidence-based model of psychotherapy that helps people understand and heal the different “parts” or subpersonalities within themselves. Everyone has parts—like the inner critic, the perfectionist, the caretaker, or the wounded child. IFS helps individuals identify these parts, build compassionate relationships with them, and access their core Self—a calm, confident, and curious inner state capable of leading the internal system with clarity.
